Been feeling rather irritated easily recently.
Lopez suggested that it might be due to high sugar content which leads to a rise in adrenaline, which results in a high range of emotions.
I got to cut down on sugar :(
Anyway, tue prayer meeting was awesome as usual!
And I think I have a ulcer in my throat at the right side,it hurts when I swallow.
